GODGUN

Concept
GODGUN is a short top down arena shooter where you play as the SEEKER, battling hordes of enemies on an arena in search of the mysterious G.O.D Gun. Made as a solo student project in 7 weeks and taking inspiration from top down shooter flash games of old, your goal is to survive on the arena for 300 seconds and gather the G.O.D Gun, but beware: one hit means death.
Gameplay
All weapons(currently 2) have 2 different fire modes which affect how the weapon behaves and how fast the player character moves. Kills earn pickups which can be selected from the loadout menu with the max amount in play being 5 at a time. They then spawn on the arena at set times depending on their order of selection. Combinations of different pickups and guns provide many different play styles and strategies. Game saves your progress whenever you die in the arena. After reaching the G.O.D Gun you may try surviving as long as you can to show off to your friends.
